I love their BTS roll and their gyoza. Their special roll menu is filled with excellently curated recipes that will blow your mind. If you sit at the bar, you can see the chef cutting and making the sushi. Lovely.
We ordered a whole slew of things for a team meeting and everything was DELICIOUS! Packaging for our togo items was thoughtfully put together and nicely labeled, our food was still hot even when we got to it maybe 15 mins after delivery, and the sushi was highquality. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Simons Sushi. We had 4 rolls 2 speciality and 2 regular and each was full of flavor. The Manhattan was my favorite. Cant wait to come back and try more sushi and other food.
